According to participants in the court proceedings, the court granted the defense's motion regarding the mitigation of the preventive measure but rejected other requests, including the request to terminate the criminal case.
Previously, the lawyers insisted on the immediate release of their client and the complete cessation of criminal prosecution.
It is worth noting that the journalist and head of the Temirov LIVE project was detained in January 2024, after which she was sentenced to six years in prison for inciting mass riots.
The case is currently being reviewed anew following the Supreme Court's annulment of the sentence.
