The project introduces new state awards for the Kyrgyz Republic, which are divided into categories:
- The highest category award is "Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- The special category award is "Labor Hero".
- The Order of "Manas" I degree;
- The Order of "Manas" II degree;
- The Order of "Manas" III degree;
- The Order of "Kurmanjan Datka";
- The Order of "Erdik";
- The Order of "Dank";
- The Order of "Dostuk";
- The Order of "Batyr Ene".
- The medal "Ardak";
- The medal "Ene Danky".
- "People's Teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- "People's Doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- "People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- "People's Writer of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- "People's Poet of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- "People's Painter of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- "Genius of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- "Pride of the Kyrgyz Republic".
It should be noted that in the proposed version, the Cabinet planned to significantly reduce the total number of awards, honorary titles, and prizes from 48 to 20, excluding titles such as "People's Artist", "People's Writer", "People's Painter", "Genius of the Kyrgyz Republic", and "Pride of the Kyrgyz Republic". This initiative sparked heated discussions in parliament.
