The deputy reported corruption in the issuance of the "Baatyr Ene" order
In her opinion, the demographic situation represents a critically important task for any state. "An increase in the population positively affects the country's economy. We have enough heroic mothers, yet many of them remain without the recognition they deserve. To receive the order, a multitude of documents must be gathered. Some of these mothers are already 80 years old, while their children are only 20-30, many of whom have gone abroad for work," she noted.
Mavlyanova also mentioned that there are rumors in society that a bribe of 15,000-20,000 soms can expedite the process of obtaining the order. The deputy urged the competent authorities to systematize data on all heroic mothers and issue them their awards. She proposed amending the law to automate the process: "If a woman has given birth to her seventh child, she should automatically be awarded the title of 'Batyr Ene'," she added.
Justice Minister Ayaz Bayetov agreed that bureaucracy complicates the process of awarding this title. "In addition to the fact of giving birth to children, there are certain criteria. However, state agencies are now tasked with collecting the necessary documents themselves through the 'Tunduk' system, which will help reduce bureaucratic barriers," he stated.
