According to the investigation, the director organized a conspiracy with an accomplice to sell land under the pretext of assisting in obtaining plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the village of Blagoveshchenka in the Suzak district. They used forged resolutions from the village council for this purpose. The price of one plot ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
To legitimize their actions, the detainees resorted to mechanisms of state commissions dealing with land amnesty issues. Currently, both arrested individuals are in the GKNB detention center, and law enforcement agencies continue to investigate all the details of the criminal scheme, the total amount of damage, and potential accomplices in the fraud.
