The director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koome" has been detained
In the Jalal-Abad region of Kyrgyzstan, a major special operation conducted by the State National Security Committee (GKNB) has neutralized a corruption scheme related to the illegal trade of land plots for individual housing construction (IHC).
According to the case materials, the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koome," M.I., in collusion with an accomplice S.N., organized the sale of land plots in the village of Blagoveshchenka, using forged documents from local authorities.
The cost of one plot ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
To legitimize their actions, the suspects employed land amnesty mechanisms proposed by state commissions. Both detainees have been placed in the GKNB detention center. The agency noted that such actions "undermine citizens' trust in the authorities and harm national interests."
