A statement has been submitted to the state institution "Kyzmat" by a citizen
For the first time in Kyrgyzstan, a request has been made to change gender in official documents. This was reported by Ernes Dosaliev, the deputy director of the state institution "Kyzmat".
Last week, a man approached the institution requesting a change of gender information in his documents. Currently, his application is under review.
