The State Center for Vehicle and Driver Registration Responded Regarding the Change of Licenses with the Distinctive Sign SU
Representatives of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing under the Presidential Administration explained that licenses issued before January 1, 1992, in former Soviet republics with the distinguishing mark SU are subject to replacement under general conditions. "To carry out the replacement, it is necessary to visit our department, provide the original driver's license and a certificate of completion from the driving school, which will be digitized. A medical certificate in form No. 083 will also be required. After this, we will proceed with the replacement of the license under general conditions. The citizen who contacted the editorial office does not fall under the promotion that is valid from January 15 to February 15," the press service clarified.
