In 2026, a significant number of new mortgage homes are expected in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, head of the Presidential Administration.
According to him, an active transfer of housing under mortgage programs is planned in various regions of the country. New homes are expected to be commissioned in cities such as Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Tokmok, Sokuluk, Kemin, Kara-Balta, Bishkek, Osh, Talas, Batken, and Jalal-Abad.
It is also worth noting that on January 12 of this year, President Sadyr Japarov attended the ceremony of handing over the keys to new apartments as part of the second stage of the construction of the "Muras" residential complex in Bishkek.
The President emphasized that currently, 80,245 apartments are actively being built in the republic under mortgage programs. By the end of the year, it is planned to complete the construction and hand over more than 20,000 apartments to citizens in Bishkek, Osh, Manas, Tokmok, Kara-Balta, Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Balykchy, Naryn, Talas, and Batken, as well as in the Kochkor district of Naryn region and the Uzgen and Kara-Suu districts of Osh region.
