2,500 spaces are not enough. Where will the residents of the "Muras" complex from GIK park?

The head of the State Mortgage Company (GMC) Talant Zhekshenov announced on January 12 at an event dedicated to the handover of keys for the second phase of the residential complex "Muras" that the completion of the entire complex is planned by the end of 2026.

As part of this event, keys to 1,080 apartments will be handed over to new owners, and this year it is planned to complete the construction of another 2,688 apartments.

Despite the total number of apartments amounting to 4,754, only 2,500 parking spaces are provided for residents, which will create certain difficulties.

According to Zhekshenov, the GMC is exploring the possibility of creating additional parking areas near the complex, but specific decisions have not yet been made at this time.

“We will continue to analyze the surroundings, but for now, there are no exact data,” Zhekshenov noted.
