Sadyr Japarov handed over the keys to new mortgage apartments in the residential complex "Muras"

Today, January 11, 2026, in Bishkek, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, held a ceremony for handing over the keys to new mortgage apartments in the residential complex "Muras".
This project includes the creation of a residential complex consisting of 39 blocks, with a total of 4,754 apartments.

As of today, the construction of 11 blocks has been completed, which house 986 apartments. In the next phase, the completion of another 8 blocks with 1,080 apartments is planned, including:
360 one-bedroom apartments,
432 two-bedroom apartments,
288 three-bedroom apartments.

The total area is 64,672 square meters.

After the completion of the second phase, the total number of delivered apartments will reach 2,066, while the remaining part of the construction will consist of 2,688 apartments.

Construction work is set to begin in 2024, and the total cost of the project is estimated at 4 billion 166 million soms.
