In Bishkek, over a thousand families received apartments in the residential complex "Muras"
In Bishkek, 1,080 families have become owners of new apartments in the residential complex "Muras". This information was announced by the head of the presidential administration, Kanbek Tumanbaev, on his social media.
Tumanbaev reported that the construction of mortgage houses in the "Muras" residential complex on Malikov Street has been completed, consisting of eight blocks, with heights of 18 and 24 floors.
Kanbek Tumanbaev also added that with patience and persistence, citizens on the housing waiting list will be able to become apartment owners within two to three years.
The presidential administration noted that the mortgage housing program is progressing according to plan. Thus, in 2025, 4,662 citizens will receive apartments through the State Mortgage Company. Currently, 80,245 apartments are under construction through the GIK.
