In Bishkek, a ceremony for handing over the keys to apartments under the GIC program was held with the participation of the president.

- Today, January 12, a ceremony took place in Bishkek where the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, handed over the keys to new apartments built under the GIK program.

These apartments were constructed during the second phase of the residential complex "Muras," which is located on the territory of the former correctional colony No. 47 (address: Malikov Street 91, Bishkek).

The project plans to build 8 blocks, each consisting of 24 floors.

In his address, the president noted that 1080 apartments have already been issued at this time.

“As you remember, the residential complex 'Muras' includes 39 blocks, and it was initially planned to build 4754 apartments. In 2024, the issuance of 510 apartments is expected, and in 2025 — 476. Construction is currently ongoing, and another 2688 apartments will be handed over to new owners,” clarified Sadyr Japarov.

Additionally, the residential complex includes a school, a kindergarten, and parking spaces.
