Samarbek Bolotbekov is a graduate of the International University of Kyrgyzstan, where he earned a bachelor's degree with honors in "Law." He also holds a master's degree in international law and has defended a doctoral dissertation in political science. Additionally, he has a lawyer's license.
His professional biography includes work in government institutions: he headed the administration of the Sverdlovsk district of the capital, served as the mayor of Naryn, and worked as the director of the Department of Individual Housing Construction in Bishkek.
Furthermore, Bolotbekov is the founder and head of the law firm "Lux-Consult" and advises various international and public projects.
