Talantbek Soltobaev, who held this position, was dismissed and detained in connection with an investigation regarding road construction in the Naryn region.
Beknazar Bazaraliev has been working in the ministry since 2006, previously serving as the Deputy Director of the Road Economy Department and also headed the Road Fund.
Talantbek Tashibekov has been appointed as the head of the National Agency for Religious Affairs.
Azamat Yusupov, who previously held this position, was relieved of his duties in December 2025, having been appointed to this role in April of the same year. Talantbek Tashibekov previously led the LLC "Umra Tour" since 2015.
Daniyar Bapyshov has become the Director of the Department of Urban Development and Architecture of the Ministry of Construction.
Before taking this position, Daniyar Bapyshov worked as the Deputy Director in the same department and held leadership positions in architecture and municipal management, specializing in territorial planning and compliance with urban planning standards.

Erkinbek Omurkulov has been appointed as the Director of the municipal enterprise "Bishkeksvet," replacing Eldiyar Toktogonov, who was relieved of his position. Samat Adylkhan uulu has become the new head of "Bishkek Baths," having previously held the position of deputy.

Born in 1987, he graduated from the Kyrgyz National University with a degree in "Jurisprudence" and Wageningen University in the Netherlands, gaining knowledge in "Food Safety." He has worked in the field of regulatory legal support and food safety.
Almaz Abdekirov has become the Deputy Head of the Department of Macroeconomic Policy of the EEC. He was born in 1986 and has experience working in the Ministry of Economy, where by 2025 he was the head of the macroeconomic policy department.
Medet Tairov has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.
This position was previously held by Bektur Aliev.
Aibek Moldogaziev has been appointed as the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Mongolia.
He replaced Aibek Artykbaev in this position and was relieved of his duties as Ambassador to the USA.
Emilbek Abdykadyrov has been appointed as the Akim of the Chui region.
Previously, he served as the Akim of the At-Bashinsky district. It is worth noting that the former Akim, Ruslan Tagaev, was detained by the GKNB on December 16 on suspicion of abuse of office.

Talant Eraliyev has been appointed as the Director of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after Mirsayid Mirrahimov, while Jalil Sheishenov has headed the Scientific Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation. Previously, the heads of these institutions were relieved of their duties on January 12, 2026.
Daniyar Kaskeev has become the Director of the Kyrgyz Scientific Research Institute of Resortology and Rehabilitation, having previously held the position of Deputy Director for Scientific Work.
Igor Kudrenko has been appointed as the Head Coach of the Kyrgyzstan U-17 National Team.
He holds an AFC "A" license and a FIFA instructor diploma, with extensive experience working in the coaching staff of the Kyrgyzstan national team, including successful achievements on the international stage.
Under his leadership, in 2017, the U-23 team won a tournament in Indonesia.
