"Ambulance service in Bishkek serves the city with 35-40 vehicles, - deputy"
According to his information, based on population data after the administrative-territorial reform, more than 1.3 million people live in the capital. The large area of the city also complicates the promptness of medical responses.
Currently, only 35-40 ambulances are operational in Bishkek, which is clearly insufficient given the increasing number of requests from citizens.
In this regard, Abirov appealed to the leadership of the Ministry of Health to consider the possibility of increasing the ambulance fleet. He noted that digitalization in the service has already been implemented, but the main obstacle remains the lack of vehicles.
