The deputy requests the construction of two kindergartens in the village of Lavdan-Kara and the completion of the gym in the village of Totiya.

At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Altynbek Kylchayev emphasized several social issues affecting the Jalal-Abad region.

He noted that in the village of Lavdan-Kara, which is now part of the city of Manas due to the administrative-territorial reform, there is a significant shortage of kindergartens. This village is located on both sides of the main street Kurmanbek: on one side, there are about 500 households, while on the other side, there are more than 1,000.

Kylchayev stressed that at least two kindergartens are necessary to meet the needs of local residents. On the side with 500 households, there is a plot of land ready for construction; however, on the opposite side, where more than 1,000 families live, land resources have not been allocated. The villagers are asking for a solution regarding the provision of the necessary plot.

The deputy also addressed the issue concerning the village of Totiya, located in the Barpin rural district of the Suzak region. According to Kylchayev, local residents have begun constructing a gymnasium on their own: they have built the walls and covered the roof, but lack the funds to complete the work. The deputy appealed for assistance in bringing this project to completion.

Additionally, the deputy drew attention to the situation in the village of Zhar-Kyshtak, where the Babur School, built in 1980 and designed for 720 students, is located. Currently, there are more than 2,500 students studying there, which forces classes to be held in three shifts. The deputy suggested considering the possibility of constructing an additional building for the school.
