
The ministers expressed serious concern over the rise of violence in the Middle East
At the meeting of the foreign ministers of the Turkic States Organization, held on March 7 in Istanbul, the situation in the Middle East was discussed, resulting in a joint statement.
The negotiations were chaired by the organization's Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev.
The participants of the meeting sharply condemned the attacks on Turkey and Azerbaijan, as well as actions that threaten the lives of civilians and the stability of the region, and expressed serious concern over the rise of violence in this area.
The ministers emphasized the need to prevent the recurrence of such incidents that could exacerbate the situation in the region and lead to further escalation of tensions.
Additionally, they reaffirmed their support for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security of the countries, calling for the resolution of conflicts through peaceful dialogue and within the framework of international law and diplomacy.
