According to these decrees, the highest rank of "Colonel General of Police" was awarded to Ulan Niyazbekov.
Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov, recently appointed as the head of the State National Security Committee (GKNB), received the rank of "Lieutenant General".
The rank of "Major General" was also awarded to several officials:
- Akyilbek Namazov, the new Deputy Chairman of the GKNB,
- Uranbek Shadybekov, who took the position of Deputy Chairman of the GKNB and heads the Coordination Center for Cybersecurity,
- Tariyel Otonbaev, First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic,
- Talaibek Sharshiev, First Deputy Minister of Defense, and Talantbek Talipov, Commander of the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic,
- Alisher Erbaev, the new Deputy Chairman of the GKNB and Director of the Anti-Terrorism Center of the GKNB.
The special rank of "Major General of Justice" was awarded to Malik Maamytalievich Bekturganov, who now holds the position of First Deputy Prosecutor General.
