President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov has signed a number of decrees, according to which several officials have been awarded the highest military and special ranks. This information was announced by the press service of the president's administration.
In particular, the highest special rank of "police colonel-general" was awarded to Niyazbekov Ulan Omokanovich. The highest military rank of "lieutenant general" was awarded to Shabdanbekov Jumgalbek Kumarovich. In addition, the ranks of "major general" were presented to Namazov Akylbek Zakirovich, Shadybekov Uranbek Amanovich, Otonbaev Tariyel Zarylbekovich, Sharshiev Talaybek Imashovich, Talipov Talantbek Mederbekovich, and Erbaev Alisher Tashbaevich. Bekturganov Malik Maamytalievich was awarded the special rank of "major general of justice."
