The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, has signed a number of decrees regarding the awarding of new military and special ranks to high-ranking officials working in the country's law enforcement and security agencies.

According to these decrees, the rank of "General-Police Colonel" has been awarded to Ulan Niyazbekov.

Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov, who has just been appointed as the head of the State National Security Committee (GKNB), now holds the rank of "Lieutenant General".

Additionally, the rank of "Major General" has been awarded to several new leaders: Akylbek Namazov, who has become the Deputy Chairman of the GKNB, as well as Uranbek Shadybekov, Tariel Otonbaev, Talaybek Sharshiev, Talantbek Talipov, and Alisher Erbaev, who has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the GKNB and Director of the Anti-Terrorism Center.

Furthermore, the special rank of "Major General of Justice" has been awarded to Malik Maamytalievich Bekturganov, who now serves as the First Deputy Prosecutor General.
