According to information from the Border Service, on April 4 at 08:30, a group of servicemen from the Leilek border detachment, heading to the "Kairagach" outpost, encountered an unfortunate incident. During the movement of the service vehicle "UAZ-Pickup" on the Ak-Suu — Razzakov highway, Private N.D.N. (born in 2004, conscripted in the fall of 2025) fell out of the cargo bed.
Preliminary data indicate that the incident occurred due to severe jolting on the mountain road. As a result of the fall, the serviceman lost consciousness.
An ambulance crew was called to the scene of the incident. After providing first aid, the injured was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Leilek district hospital. On the same day, a specialized team of doctors arrived from Osh and performed emergency surgery.
At present, the condition of the serviceman is described as stable but serious, and he is receiving the necessary medical assistance. The Border Service reported that if necessary, there is a possibility of transporting him to Bishkek, but this can only occur after his condition stabilizes.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Health, a neurosurgeon has been sent to the Leilek district hospital for further assistance and consultations. Continuous monitoring of the injured's condition has also been organized.
In connection with the incident, an operational group was established under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Border Service, which is conducting an internal investigation to clarify all circumstances. The situation is under control.
On April 6, during a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Gulsharkan Kultaev addressed the Ministry of Health with a request to assist the serviceman and to involve highly qualified specialists.
