According to the agency, at around 08:30, Private N.D.N. (born in 2004, conscription in the fall of 2025) fell out of the back of a service vehicle, a UAZ-Pickup. The fall happened due to severe jolting on a difficult section of the road, which led to the soldier losing consciousness.
An ambulance crew was called to the scene, which provided initial medical assistance and then hospitalized the private in the intensive care unit of the Leylek District Hospital. On the same day, a specialized team of doctors from Osh arrived for an emergency operation.
The serviceman's condition is assessed as seriously stable, and doctors have ruled out the possibility of transporting him to Bishkek until his condition stabilizes. An experienced neurosurgeon has been sent to the district hospital for further treatment, and the medical service has organized round-the-clock duty.
An operational group, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the State Border Service, has been established to conduct a service investigation and clarify all the circumstances of the incident. The agency's leadership has taken control of the situation.
