A group from the Leylek border detachment, heading to the "Kairagach" outpost, encountered the incident around 08:30 on the Ak-Suu - Razakov road. During the movement of the service vehicle "UAZ-Pickup," Private N. D. N., born in 2004 (drafted in the fall of 2025), fell out of the truck bed. Preliminary data indicate that the fall occurred due to severe jolting on the mountain road, causing the serviceman to lose consciousness.
An ambulance crew was called to the scene, which provided first aid, after which the injured was taken to the intensive care unit of the Leylek District Hospital. On the same day, an emergency operation was performed by a specialized team of doctors from Osh.
The serviceman's condition is currently assessed as stable but serious, and he is receiving the necessary medical assistance. Government agencies are prepared for transportation to Bishkek; however, due to medical indications, this cannot be carried out until Private N. D. N.'s condition is fully stabilized, as stated in the official report.
Additionally, an experienced neurosurgeon has been sent to the Leylek District Hospital for further treatment and consultations. The medical service of the State Border Service, together with the hospital doctors, has organized round-the-clock monitoring of the injured's condition. An operational group has also been established under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the State Border Service, and a service investigation has been initiated to clarify all circumstances of the incident.
