The prosecutor's office reported the return of a land plot with warehouse structures to state ownership, which had been unlawfully transferred to private hands. The value of this plot is 16 million 948 thousand 600 soms.
The plot, measuring 0.34 hectares, previously belonged to the Talas District Veterinary Service.
During the inspection of compliance with land legislation, it was revealed that in 1996 this plot was illegally transferred to private ownership.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, the land plot and all related facilities were returned to state ownership.
