The land was illegally sold to private individuals
The area returned to the state in Bishkek has increased by 10.72 hectares, which was illegally transferred to private hands. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office on March 10.
During an inspection of compliance with land legislation, the Prosecutor's Office of the Alamudun District revealed that in 2006, a plot of land located in the Tash-Dobon rural district was illegally sold to private individuals. Currently, this plot is part of the administrative territory of the city of Bishkek.
The market value of the returned land plot is 9 billion 161 million 526 thousand 400 soms.
