According to the prosecutor's office, the market value of this land plot is 7 million 763 thousand soms.
The violation of the law was discovered during an inspection of compliance with land legislation. It was established that in 2006, an agricultural land plot located in the village of 1-May of the Kenesh aiyl district was transferred to private ownership in violation of legislative requirements.
Thanks to the actions of the prosecutorial authorities, the plot of 9.2 hectares with a market value of 7 million 763 thousand soms has been fully returned to the municipality's ownership.
According to the report of the supervisory authority, in 2025, as a result of prosecutorial measures, the following was returned in favor of the state and local authorities:
- in monetary equivalent — 9 million 024 thousand 789 soms;
- in kind (property) — worth 244 million 57 thousand 200 soms.
