During a check on compliance with land legislation, it was revealed that in 1996 this plot, which had warehouse structures on it, was illegally transferred into private hands. It previously belonged to the Talas District Veterinary Service.
After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the property, valued at 16 million 948 thousand 600 soms, was returned to the state balance.

The prosecutor's office is particularly vigilant regarding lands belonging to social institutions. In 2025, the state has already managed to return hundreds of hectares, with a total value exceeding billions of soms.
