According to the General Prosecutor's Office, during the inspection, it was established that in 2007-2008, plots totaling 196.83 hectares were illegally transferred into private ownership by the local self-government bodies of Ulahol, Ak-Terek, Mambetov, and the former Ton (now Kun-Chygysh) rural administration.

These lands were removed from the state fund without legal grounds and were used as private property for many years. Thanks to the efforts of the prosecutor's office, the plots, valued at 112 million soms, have been returned to state ownership.
The prosecutor's office reports that work to identify and prevent the illegal alienation of land plots continues.
