The GKNB uncovered illegal land allocation in Seyil Park. A suspect has been detained.
The investigation suggests that a number of former officials of the Tash-Dobo rural administration illegally allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares, located in the Seyil park on the outskirts of the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, to a citizen R.E.R.
According to information provided by the Land and Water Supervision Service, serious violations of legislation occurred during the allocation of this plot.
The fact of the offense was recorded under Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to abuse of official position. As a result, the suspect N.A.K. has been detained.
During the investigation, efforts continue to identify other individuals involved in this case.
