The investigation revealed that a group of former officials from the Tash-Dobon rural administration was united by a criminal conspiracy, within which a plot of land measuring 1.01 hectares was illegally transferred to a citizen R.E.R. This land parcel is located in the "Seiyil" area within the territory of the Tash-Dobon rural administration in the Chui region.
According to the conclusion of the Land and Water Supervision Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, the process of allocating this land plot was carried out with serious violations of the country's legislation.
Based on this situation, the GKNB initiated a criminal case under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Abuse of Official Position) as amended in part 3. In the course of the investigation, a citizen N.A.K. was detained.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this land scheme.
