In particular, certain sections were excluded from the government resolution dated February 25, 2004, No. 103, concerning:
- The Department of State Architectural and Construction Control and its territorial subdivisions;
- The city and regional bodies of the State Architectural and Construction Supervision (GASU) and the State Architectural and Construction Inspection (GASN) in Bishkek, Osh, and the Issyk-Kul resort area (these sections have lost their force).
Additionally, within the framework of the new resolution, the provisions of the registry of performed works, approved by another Cabinet resolution dated December 3, 2024, No. 731, have been clarified, which now includes two new paid services:
the inclusion of capital construction objects, as well as reconstruction, repurposing, and re-planning into the Registry of Constructed Objects;
the issuance of confirmation of the completion of construction and installation works.
This resolution will come into force ten days after its official publication.
