The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported on the fact of illegal transfer of a land parcel in the village of Tash-Dobo, located in the Alamudun district.
During operational activities, it was revealed that former employees of the Tash-Dobo rural administration, acting in collusion, transferred a land plot of 1.01 hectares to a citizen R.E.R. This plot is located in the "Seil" area of the Alamudun district in Chui region.
According to information provided by the Land and Water Supervision Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, it was established that there were numerous violations of legislation during the issuance of this land plot.
In this regard, the GKNB KR initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime provided for by Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Within the framework of the case, N.A.K. has been detained.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this incident.
