An illegal allocation of a land plot has been uncovered in the village of Tash-Dobo, located in the Alamudun district of the Chui region. This became known through information from the press service of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of Kyrgyzstan.
As law enforcement agencies found out, several former employees of the Tash-Dobo ayil okmotu, having entered into a criminal conspiracy, illegally transferred a land plot of 1.01 hectares to R.E.R., located in the territory of "Seiyil".
Moreover, as stated in the official conclusion, the process of allocating the plot was accompanied by numerous violations of the current legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and during the investigation, N.A.K. was detained. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this case.
