They illegally allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares
As a result of abuse of official powers, several former officials of the Tash-Dobon rural administration, located in the Alamudun district of the Chui region, have been detained. This information was provided by the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
Investigative actions revealed that the former officials, acting in collusion, illegally allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares belonging to R.E.R. in the territory of "Seyil".
According to data obtained from the Land and Water Supervision Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, it was established that serious violations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic occurred during the allocation of the specified plot.
In connection with the above, the SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime provided for by part 3 of article 337 of the Criminal Code, and one of the suspects — "N.A.K." — has been detained.
