An engineer for calculations at the Ak-Su RES of the State Enterprise "NESC", citizen K.M.A., was detained on suspicion of receiving a bribe, as reported by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to the agency, the woman demanded money from entrepreneurs working in the tourism services sector in the Ak-Su district. In return, she promised to reduce the amount of the fine imposed for the absence of a seal on the electricity meter.
The suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Department of Karakol for a period of 48 hours.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing.
