During the investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB KR), facts of abuse of official powers by employees of the Administrative Court of Osh Region were established. These actions involved the forgery of documents and fictitious employment of "dead souls".
According to the special services, employees O.N.O., A.u.B., and K.u.B. entered into a criminal conspiracy to obtain illegal profits by providing false information about the labor activities of non-existent workers.
As a result of their actions, significant material damage was inflicted on the state, which negatively affected the reputation of the judicial authority and created an unfavorable moral and psychological climate within the collective of the Administrative Court of Osh Region.
A criminal case has been initiated for abuse of official position under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the framework of which the head of the office and responsible employees of the court apparatus have been detained and placed in the GKNB KR detention center.
