As a result of the investigation conducted by the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan, employees of the Administrative Court of Osh region were detained on suspicion of document forgery and organizing fictitious employment for a number of citizens.
Security services established that court employees, including "O.N.O.", "A.u.B.", and "K.u.B.", abused their powers by creating a criminal conspiracy aimed at obtaining illegal benefits. They entered false information about the employment activities of non-existent employees, so-called "dead souls." These actions caused significant material damage to the state and undermined the authority of the judicial system, creating a negative atmosphere within the court staff.
Based on the collected materials, the investigative department of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh city and Osh region initiated a criminal case under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (abuse of office). Within the framework of this case, the head of the office and other responsible employees of the Administrative Court of Osh region were detained and placed in a detention center.
