According to the information, three court employees, namely O. N. O., A. u. B., and K. u. B., conspired to enter false data regarding the employment of non-existent employees.
As a result of their actions, the state suffered significant material damage, which also negatively impacted the reputation of the judicial system and created an unfavorable moral and psychological climate among the employees of the Administrative Court of Osh Region, as noted in the official statement.

The investigative department of the State National Security Committee for Osh and Osh Region has initiated a criminal case under the article "Abuse of official position" based on the collected materials. As part of the investigation, the head of the office and responsible employees of the apparatus of the Administrative Court of Osh Region were detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center.
