According to information gathered by the investigation, some court employees, including O.N.O., A.u.B., and K.u.B., organized a scheme of fictitious employment, creating so-called "dead souls." They forged documents and, using this data, received illegal payments.
These actions led to significant financial losses for the state and seriously undermined the reputation of the judicial system. Additionally, a negative moral and psychological climate was established within the court staff.
As a result of the inspection, the Investigative Department of the GKNB in Osh and the Osh region initiated a criminal case under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning abuse of official position. The head of the office and several staff members have been detained and placed in the GKNB detention center.
