The investigation established that individuals, including O.N.O., A.u.B., and K.u.B., provided false information about the employment activities of so-called "dead souls".
As a result of these actions, the state suffered significant material damage, which also undermined the reputation of the judiciary. In addition, problems arose within the court's collective regarding the moral and psychological climate, the press service emphasized.
The GKNB Office for the Osh Region initiated a criminal case under Article 337 ("Abuse of Official Position") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Employees of the court apparatus, including the head of the office, have been placed in the GKNB detention center, and the investigation is ongoing.
