During an inspection at the Administrative Court of the Osh Region, cases of document forgery and fictitious employment were discovered. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to law enforcement agencies, for personal gain, some court officials engaged in illegal actions by hiring so-called "dead souls." These actions caused significant damage to the country's budget, undermined trust in the judicial system, and created an unfavorable moral climate within the team.
The suspects, known as "O.N.O.", "A.u.B.", and "K.u.B.", have been placed in custody in the GKNB pre-trial detention center. An investigation is currently ongoing into the criminal case initiated under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
