- At the recent meeting, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh adopted a draft law that proposes amendments to the existing Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Investments."
The initiator of this draft law was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Mederbek Tumanov, emphasized that this project was developed to eliminate legal ambiguities.
The proposed changes aim to resolve legal conflicts, accurately reflect the current legislation, and comply with the principles of legal regulation in the field of investments.
