At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On Investments in the KR'" was adopted in the first reading.
The initiative belongs to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Mederbek Tumanov, the main goal of the draft law is to eliminate legal conflicts. The new version of the law aims to accurately reflect the current legislation and adhere to the principles of legal regulation in the field of investments.
