The Jogorku Kenesh approved the OPEC Fund loan of 30 million dollars in the second reading
This program covers 126 rural settlements in the Osh, Chui, and Issyk-Kul regions, providing clean water to over 425 thousand people. The ratification of the agreement will open up the possibility of attracting funding from the OPEC Fund for International Development, which will allow for the implementation of projects for the construction and reconstruction of water supply, water treatment, sewage, and sanitation facilities in the most needy rural areas of the mentioned regions.
