According to the criminal case, extortion was carried out under the pretext of accusing Ch.M. of allegedly committing a crime related to the rape of T.A. As a result, T.A. and police officer E.A. agreed on extorting the specified amount of money to resolve the issue in favor of Ch.M.
By the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Bishkek, E.A. and T.A. were placed in the detention center of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
