In 2025, the Ministry of Construction suspended the action of 401 construction licenses

- In 2025, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services completed work on master plans for 142 settlements, as reported in the ministry's press release.

This result exceeds the 2024 level by 8.3%, when 131 master plans were developed.

Throughout the year, the ministry issued thousands of licenses and certificates, including:

- 610 construction licenses;

- 2,053 qualification certificates;

- 401 licenses were suspended for one of the companies.
