The Cabinet extended the plan for the implementation of the state cadastral property valuation system until 2027.

- In accordance with the new decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 10, 2025, No. 1089-t, amendments were made to the previous decree dated April 23, 2024, No. 184-r, allowing for the extension of deadlines for activities related to the creation of a state cadastral valuation system for real estate.

In the updated document, the implementation period for activities has been changed from "2024–2025" to "2024–2027," and the corresponding titles in the action plan have been clarified.

The new deadlines for key points are as follows:

Point 10: This point provides for the testing and implementation of software, as well as conducting a test mass cadastral valuation in a pilot area in experimental mode. The document notes that the tools determining cadastral value need to be tested; the deadline for completion under the GNS is set for January 1, 2027, with the involvement of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, as well as other executors.

Point 13: By January 1, 2027, work is planned to prepare amendments to tax legislation to ensure the use of the state cadastral valuation system for calculating property and land tax. The outcome will be a developed draft regulatory legal act (executors: GNS and the interdepartmental working group).

Funding for these activities will be provided from the republican budget of the relevant authorities, as well as through donor funds.

The decree was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The action plan is available for review by the publication's subscribers.
