The loans are intended for the development of the agro-industrial complex, including the project "Financing Agriculture - 13," as well as for leasing agricultural machinery, improving livestock breeding and seed production, gasification, and interest-free lending under the "Social Contract" program.
The Cabinet of Ministers is preparing for the spring fieldwork of 2026, implementing several government projects such as "FSH-14," "KAPK," "FOTP-2," as well as programs aimed at developing breeding and seed production farms and the meat cluster in Chui region and Bishkek, along with initiatives for the implementation of water-saving technologies.
International organizations are also working on projects in the region. Among these initiatives are projects from the Asian Development Bank aimed at creating climate-resilient value chains, World Bank programs for the development of agro-food clusters and support for pastoral communities, as well as a KOICA project related to post-harvest management systems.
In Chui region, there are 191 enterprises in the processing industry, 3 trade and logistics centers, 35 vegetable and fruit storage facilities, and 20 slaughter points.
