- KOICA – "Strengthening the value-added chain of agricultural products through support for post-harvest yield management systems in Kyrgyzstan".
- from the republican budget – 6 billion soms;
- from a special account – 1.5 billion soms;
- from the state investment project (SGI) – 11 billion soms (irrigation, clean water, CCA, OSP);
- through capital investments – 14.3 billion soms (irrigation, clean water, veterinary laboratories);
- within the framework of seven state support projects – 9.3 billion soms.
