Additionally, from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, the replacement of licenses will continue in the usual manner, according to the cabinet of ministers' resolution, with medical certificates not being required.
Citizens who submitted applications for license replacement before March 31, 2026, will receive new documents under the conditions of the concluded campaign, even if the processing takes longer.
The decree also instructs government agencies to ensure that citizens are informed about the completion of this initiative and to provide reports on its outcomes.
Furthermore, the decree cancels a previously signed document from January 22, 2026, which initiated this campaign.
